Christian 105.7 Contest Rules

 

v      The WGQR contest lines are 910-488-7729 & 1-866-477-1057. Contestants calling the WGQR business office cannot be transferred.

 

v      Registration for online contests vary in their methods and points of delivery. Registrants and winners may be contacted via email during or following the contest.

 

v      Winners may be of any age unless otherwise specified for a particular contest.

 

v      Only one winner per household every thirty (30) days.

 

v      Winners may be required to sign a release. Contest winners agree to allow WGQR to use their name, voice and likeness for promotional purposes without compensation. All calls coming in to WGQR contest lines are taped and may be aired on WGQR without further approval.

 

v      Any taxes or incidental expenses associated with any prize are the responsibility of the contest winner.

 

v      No exchanges or alternate prizes will be allowed without express permission of WGQR. Prizes have no cash value, expressed or implied.

 

v      WGQR will not be held responsible or held liable for a prize awarded to an event that is canceled due to circumstances beyond our control.

 

v      WGQR is not responsible for problems occurring within the telephone system. In the event two or more phone lines are utilized during a phone-in contest, the entire call and all callers “tied together” will be released and another set of callers will be taken. WGQR cannot award duplicate prizes. In the case of telephone or other malfunction, the decision of WGQR will be final.

 

v      WGQR reserves the right to make any changes in all contests. Changes will be announced on the air or when new rules are made available at the offices of WGQR. All decisions by WGQR are final.

 

v      Unless otherwise stated, multiple entries by the same person will be discarded and may be deemed cause for further disqualification.

v      Employees of Christian Listening Network and their families are not eligible to win.
